Registration may be canceled with full refund provided email notification is received any time up until six (6) weeks prior to the Eurasian Mobility Week start date.
Registration may be canceled with 50% refund provided email notification is received any time up until three (3) weeks prior to the Eurasian Mobility Week start date.
No refunds will be granted within three (3) weeks of the Eurasian Mobility Week start date. In the case of an emergency/extenuating circumstances, special requests may be considered on a case-by-case.
